When you use the website or services, or allow another person to do so, you accept all the terms of the agreement and agree to pay for the products and/or services you ordered, purchased, or consumed (or that another person ordered, purchased, or consumed) according to the agreement, but only after signing the subscription agreement with Giganet.

General

Performing actions through the website is conditional on you being an adult (over 18 years old) and legally competent to perform binding legal actions, in a manner and scope consistent with the purchases you have actually made.

The prices, promotions, and everything displayed on the website are valid only at the time of publication and may change from time to time, at any time.

In cases where you are required to provide information, the details you provide must be accurate. Providing false information constitutes deception and a fundamental breach of the agreement.

Job Openings

On the Giganet website, we occasionally publish available job openings at the Company. The advertisements detail some of the available positions and contain general information about them. All positions we publish are intended for both women and men equally. Only suitable applications will be responded to. Applications are stored in the Company’s relevant databases (as long as we are interested in retaining the information, we must submit it for registration in appropriate databases).

Electronic Waste Disposal

In accordance with the provisions of the Law for the Environmental Treatment of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Batteries, 5772-2012, you are entitled to return used electronic products (hereinafter: “old product”) to Giganet when purchasing a new product of the same type (including in cases of delivery of the product to the customer’s home by courier, even if the used equipment was not purchased from Giganet), subject to the following conditions:

The old product will be accepted only in exchange for the purchase of a new product from the same classification group;
Old and/or unused batteries can be returned without making a purchase at the store;
You can return the old product without any payment or compensation;
The old product is not classified as hazardous equipment and battery waste that may pose a health or safety risk.
It is your responsibility to delete the content stored on the old product.

Giganet reserves the right to change these terms of use as well as the payments related to the use of the website and services. The full responsibility for being aware of these terms of use, as updated from time to time, and for using the website in accordance with these terms, lies with you at all times. Continued use of the website constitutes your consent to all these terms.

In the event of any contradiction and/or inconsistency between this document and any other publication, written or oral, of any kind, the provisions of this document will prevail and be decisive. The advertisements and various publications are for convenience only.

If we do not enforce a provision included in the terms of use, this will not create a binding precedent in any way, nor will it obligate us to act similarly in the future or in another case.
