Company”, and in the first person: “we” or “us”.

respectful, accessible, and professional service.

The Company operates and promotes accessibility in accordance with the accessibility
legislation and views customers with disabilities as equal-rights customers, entitled to enjoy full accessibility to
the Company’s assets and services.

The Company places utmost importance on making its website accessible to
people with disabilities. An accessible website enhances convenience and ease of use for individuals with
disabilities.

The website was built in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities
Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0,
level AA.

The purpose of this section of the website is to provide information regarding the Company’s
accessibility arrangements.

The Company will continue to work toward improving the accessibility of the services it
provides to its customers.

Informing all Company employees – All Company employees have been informed about the
obligations under the law, with an emphasis on prohibiting discrimination, providing equitable service in an
inclusive environment, and the Company’s accessibility arrangements for customers with disabilities.

Service training for employees – Service staff and call center managers have been trained in
providing service to people with disabilities.

Telephone service centers – Our service centers are available and accessible to all our
customers, including people with disabilities. The voice response system is adapted, featuring no background music,
a slow pace, and simple language.

All actions on the website can be
performed using a keyboard as follows: Pressing the Tab key moves to the next link, and pressing the Enter key
activates the link. Pressing Shift-Tab moves to the previous link.
Adjustments for blind users – The website is adapted for users
utilizing screen reader software.
