About Us

Who we are?

Nice to meet you,

We are Giganet, the communications company that’s about to change everything you know about high-speed internet and IoT services.

Millions of Israelis still don’t have access to truly fast internet. We must connect more homes to a stable and fast communications infrastructure—and do it quickly—because fiber optics are

the key to our future!

The benefits of fiber optic infrastructure are many, but a series of obstacles stand in the way of expanding access to fast internet—financial, legal, regulatory, technological, or commercial barriers. We are determined to overcome all of these challenges and bring the future today!

Who are we?

Giganet is a lean and agile communications company that provides all types of communication services, from high-speed internet to IoT services, customized to your needs. We guarantee complete internet coverage—stable and fast—throughout your home.

The employees and managers of Giganet are among the leaders in Israel’s communications market when it comes to deploying fiber optic infrastructure and building and managing FTTH networks.

What do we do?

Giganet specializes in building fiber optic networks and upgrading communications infrastructure, particularly in rural areas, settlements in Judea and Samaria, and ground-level neighborhoods in various cities. We also offer a unique support and service system that includes technical support, fault reporting and resolution, and general inquiries via multiple communication channels. Giganet operates various systems, including real-time monitoring systems, to maintain one of the most efficient and experienced networks in Israel.

How do we do it?

Giganet owns two POP sites that serve as the communication feed backbone to a community or neighborhood. We place an aggregation room in a central location (coordinated in advance, of course), build the infrastructure, and deploy our fiber optics. The final stage is connecting customers to our high-speed internet, which is carried out in a coordinated manner shortly after the network is completed.
